Job summary

Fidelity Investments Ireland is seeking a professional to join the Operations & Corporate Shared Services team. You will handle day-to-day trade confirmation and reconciliation across Hedge Funds, non-public REITs, Funds of Funds and other asset classes, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

This role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to coach colleagues and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years brokerage experience.

Expertise We’re Looking For

• 4+ years brokerage experience

Purpose of Your Role

This position will be responsible for the day-to-day activities ensuring all trade confirmation and reconciliation processes, reporting and inquiry responses are completed timely and accurately, working with internal business partners across the Trades, Recon and Dividends functions relating to Hedge Funds, non-publicly traded REITS, Funds of Funds, Private Investment Funds and other asset classes. These activities are performed daily and require adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. The successful candidate will also be responsible for handling escalation requests and for resolving complex reconciliation issues in a timely manner. Having exposure to associate coaching and development is desirable. The associate will act as the owner of the relationship between the Product Sponsor and Fidelity.
