Job summary

Fidelity Investments Ireland is seeking a professional to join the Operations & Corporate Shared Services team. You will handle day-to-day trade confirmation and reconciliation across Hedge Funds, non-public REITs, Funds of Funds and other asset classes, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

This role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to coach colleagues and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years brokerage experience.
• Prior reconciliation experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day trade confirmation and reconciliation across asset classes.
• Liaise with internal business partners across trades, recon and dividends.
• Escalate and resolve complex reconciliation issues in a timely manner.
• Provide clear written and verbal communication to stakeholders.
• Support coaching and development of junior staff.
