Upon joining the Ireland Branch office, the successful candidate will assume an overall responsibility for the risk, compliance and AML/CFT frameworks and will play a central role in supporting the branch’s governance, regulatory compliance and sustainable growth. Given the initial small size of the office (4-6 employees), the role is expected to provide strong local leadership across all three areas, whilst ensuring appropriate alignment with Group standards and the expectations of the Central Bank of Ireland. This role is designated as a Pre‑Approval Controlled Function (PCF-12, PCF-14 and PCF-52) under the Central Bank of Ireland's Fitness and Probity Regime. Appointment will be subject to prior approval by the Central Bank of Ireland. Due diligence and background checks will be conducted as part of the assessment process. The successful candidate must meet and continue to meet the Fitness and Probity Standards applicable to the role.
