Scale Jet is seeking a Head of Account Operations to lead PPC, Account Management, CSM and Catalogue Coordination across multiple brands on Amazon. This senior leadership role carries direct ownership of client retention, account health and day-to-day operational delivery.

You will be the primary client-facing CSM and the single point of operational accountability across the account operations function, driving team performance and strategic initiatives.
