Job summary

Canada Life Reinsurance (CLRe) seeks a senior leader to establish and run a centralised ALM Reporting team in Dublin. This role drives the end-to-end ALM and asset reporting, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to support strategic decisions.

The successful candidate will manage skilled ALM professionals, own asset and liability reporting, and partner with asset strategy and balance sheet optimisation leads to deliver value across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of ALM teams with strong governance and collaboration.
• Deep understanding of assets, liabilities and ALM exposures across the full value chain.
• Experience with financial reporting, IFRS, LICAT, Solvency II and liquidity reporting for (re)insurance.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing ALM reporting team.
• Own end-to-end ALM and asset reporting for board and committees.
• Coordinate with asset strategy and balance sheet optimisation leads.
• Integrate data from multiple sources and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and continuous process improvement.
