Job summary

PartnerRe requires a Group Reporting Manager for a contract role (maternity cover) on the Group Reporting & Accounting Policy team in Dublin. The role involves preparing and reviewing US GAAP financial statements, Audit Committee reporting, and memos, with coordination across Bermuda and France.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ post-qualification experience in (re)insurance and financial reporting.
• Experience with US GAAP and IFRS/Irish GAAP reporting is required or highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and/or review US GAAP financial statements and press releases for the Group.
• Prepare/review the financial package sent to the Group parent under French GAAP per provided instructions.
• Prepare and/or review financial reporting controls and supporting memos.
• Research accounting standards and document significant or unusual transactions.
• Keep up to date with relevant accounting standards and guidance.
• Coordinate close calendars and liaise with global teams, including investments, planning, and tax.
