Job summary

Logiskills in Ireland is seeking an Air Freight Operator – AOG to coordinate time-sensitive international shipments from booking through final delivery. You will manage documentation, communicate with customers and overseas partners, and ensure accuracy in every milestone from pickup to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain shipment files, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate shipment consolidation, flight schedules, airline bookings, and cargo allocation.
• Prepare export documentation and liaise with customs agents to support compliant shipments.
• Notify customers and overseas partners of shipment progress, delivery expectations, and potential delays.
• Monitor shipments after departure and coordinate final delivery confirmation.
• Maintain shipment records, upload proof of delivery, and ensure all milestones are completed.
• Prepare billing information, verify shipment costs, and process customer invoices accurately.
• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Follow company procedures and applicable international shipping requirements.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
