Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking a senior consultant specializing in process transformation design with a focus on AI-enabled future-state processes. You will lead client discovery workshops, define operating models, and drive adoption across industries.

Qualifications

• Experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting.
• Ability to lead client discovery workshops and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Proven track record building benchmarking analyses and change-impact assessments.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools for benchmarking, analytics, or workshop facilitation.
• Experience designing future-state processes with AI to reinvent how work is done.
• Previously integrating AI and automating business process design.
• Deep expertise delivering projects in at least one industry domain (e.g., Banking, Insurance, Health, Public Service).
• Applied knowledge of AI Design principles — detailing AI agent experiences within process designs.

• Own the end-to-end future-state design for processes with AI integration.
• Lead AI-enabled operating model changes and adoption planning.
• Run client discovery workshops and present to senior leadership.
• Conduct benchmarking analyses and change-impact assessments.
• Facilitate design thinking sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Connect operating models to future-state processes and credible transformation approaches.
• Contribute to playbooks and process redesign methodologies.
• Support business development through proposals and client opportunities.
• Coach junior practitioners on AI-driven process design.
