Job summary

ACCENTURE PTE LTD is seeking a seasoned Senior Process Transformation Lead to shape how security process transformations are delivered, setting standards and guiding delivery teams. You will mentor specialists and collaborate with technology partners to ensure seamless integration of process and platform work.

You will embed AI-driven approaches, govern methodology across engagements, and lead client workshops with senior stakeholders to drive transformation in complex environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in process excellence, redesign, or management consulting in security tech.
• 2+ years deep industry domain experience across listed sectors.
• 2+ years leading and developing consulting teams.
• 1+ year building, evaluating, scaling AI-enabled client solutions.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and present to senior leaders.
• Strong executive communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Embed AI into future-state design for security-focused client workstreams.
• Define process redesign standards and govern application across engagements.
• Determine client facilitation approach and workshop methodologies.
• Define benchmarking and transformation roadmap methodologies.
• Ensure domain expertise is applied consistently across engagements.
• Manage client stakeholder facilitation and day-to-day relationships.
• Approve final process designs before delivery.
• Develop and coach direct reports on process redesign and leadership.
• Coordinate with technology and delivery partners to align design and platforms.
• Embed AX Design in domain methodology and AI agent experience standards.
