Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in process redesign or management consulting.
• Lead client discovery workshops and present to senior leadership.
• Proven benchmarking and change-impact experience.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools for benchmarking or workshops.
• Design future-state processes with AI and operating model changes.
• Experience integrating AI and automating process design.
• Industry domain expertise in Banking/Capital Markets, Insurance, Software/Platforms, etc.
• Applied knowledge of AI design principles in process designs.

• Own future-state process specification and AI integration design.
• Lead client discovery workshops and manage client relationships.
• Conduct benchmarking analyses and assess change impact.
