Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking an AI Technical Business Analyst to join a large-scale AI transformation programme in Dublin. The role supports 20+ enterprise AI initiatives across functions, translating business needs into clear technical and functional requirements.

You will collaborate with AI architects, developers, data teams and external partners to manage multiple initiatives, control scope and deliver measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Technical Business Analyst within transformation or IT delivery programmes.
• Excellent critical thinking and ability to challenge assumptions.
• Proven ability to prioritise requirements and manage scope.
• Experience with process mapping and as-is/to-be analysis.
• Experience facilitating workshops and interviews with business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience producing BRDs, requirement matrices, process flows, user stories and test acceptance cases.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear business, data and functional requirements.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery activities, workshops and stakeholder interviews across business and technical teams.
• Analyse processes, data flows and dependencies, producing as-is and to-be process models.
• Translate business needs into clear business, data and functional requirements.
• Prioritise requirements and manage scope to prevent creep.
• Produce BRDs, requirement matrices, process flows and user stories.
• Support solution validation, testing, UAT, deployment and adoption.
• Communicate decisions and obtain formal sign-off from stakeholders.
• Maintain centralised programme documentation and capture learnings.
