Job summary

PwC Ireland is hiring an AI Specialist to design, develop, configure, and deploy AI-powered agents and Copilots using M365 Copilot and PwC's LLM. Translate business requirements into secure, scalable AI solutions that deliver measurable value.

You will collaborate with AI Solution Engineers to define architectures, integrations with SharePoint, MCP servers and Microsoft 365 services, and apply Generative AI best practices, governance, security, privacy, and Responsible AI standards.

Qualifications

• Experience translating business needs into secure, scalable AI solutions.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and LLM best practices.
• Familiarity with AI governance, privacy, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and document agentic AI solutions using approved platforms.
• Create and optimise prompts, skills, workflows, and agent behaviours to meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with AI Solution Engineers to define architectures, integration requirements, and solution patterns.
• Apply governance, security, privacy, and Responsible AI standards across solutions.
• Support UAT, deployment planning, knowledge transfer, and ongoing technical support.
