Job summary

THRYVE is seeking an enthusiastic SaaS Account Manager / Customer Success Manager to guide major organisations in adopting AI-driven SaaS solutions. You will onboard customers, translate business needs into platform configurations, and coordinate with product and engineering teams for technical challenges.

Responsibilities include driving long-term adoption, supporting contract expansions, and creating helpful guides for customers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Communication Sciences or comparable field.
• Experience in Customer Success or SaaS is a plus.
• Interest in LLMs, AI and process automation.
• Ability to understand and explain complex software.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and drive long-term adoption for customers.
• Translate business needs into platform configurations.
• Be the primary contact and coordinate with developers for technical issues.
• Identify growth opportunities and support contract expansions.
• Provide insights to product/engineering from customer feedback.
• Create guides and templates for self-help.
