You’ll craft high‑quality reasoning traces and workflows to teach AI models how to approach complex problems, step by step. The position focuses on producing datasets and documentation that improve LLM training, with flexible hours of 10–40 per week and remote collaboration with a global team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Machine Learning or related technical discipline.
• Ability to breakdown complex processes into clear step-by-step explanations.
• Strong ability to audit and refine AI-generated reasoning with precision.
• Capable of independent work and delivering high-quality outputs.
• Pursuing or holding a Master’s or PhD in a relevant field.

Responsibilities
