Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking experienced management and leadership instructors to shape how AI systems understand organizational behavior and leadership strategy. The role is remote and contract-based, with flexible scheduling.

You'll review AI training scenarios, evaluate AI reasoning on teams and incentives, and provide structured feedback to improve managerial decision-making within AI models. This freelance position offers autonomy and potential for ongoing work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level.
• Strong command of organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management principles.
• Skilled at evaluating decision‑making quality and analyzing complex tradeoffs.
• Self‑motivated and reliable in a remote, asynchronous work environment.

About The Role

We're looking for experienced management and leadership instructors to help shape how AI systems understand organizational behavior, decision-making, and leadership strategy. Your expertise will directly influence how the next generation of AI reasons about real-world business challenges.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role — work on your own schedule while contributing to cutting-edge AI development.

• Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios used in model training
• Evaluate the quality of AI reasoning around teams, incentives, and organizational structure
• Identify unrealistic assumptions, logical gaps, or weak decision-making frameworks
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve how AI models handle managerial reasoning

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level

• Comfortable reading and assessing written scenarios and AI-generated recommendations

Nice to Have

• MBA or Master's degree in Management or a related field

• Familiarity with AI systems or content evaluation workflows
