Alignerr is seeking a Computer Engineering - AI Data Trainer for remote, hourly work. You will design complex problems across RISC-V/ARM, FPGA, memory management, and HW-SW co-design to train advanced AI models.

You will author step-by-step solutions, audit AI-generated code, and provide feedback to improve model reasoning. Masters or PhD in computer engineering or CS with hardware focus preferred; no AI experience required.

Qualifications

• Masters (pursuing or completed) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science with hardware focus, or closely related field.
• Strong knowledge in Computer Architecture, Embedded Systems, Digital Logic Design, or Operating Systems.
• Ability to clearly communicate highly technical hardware concepts and low-level software logic in writing.
• High precision when checking bit-level operations, clock-cycle timing, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design advanced computer engineering challenges across domains like RISC-V/ARM architecture, FPGA development, memory management, and HW-SW co-design.
• Create rigorous, step-by-step solutions with assembly code, HDL snippets, and architectural diagrams for AI training.
• Evaluate AI-generated code (C/C++, Verilog, VHDL), logic gates, and OS kernels for accuracy and standards compliance.
• Identify logical fallacies in AI reasoning and provide structured feedback to improve model thinking.
