Job summary

FlowForma is seeking an AI Product & Delivery Specialist in Ireland to drive an emerging AI product from pilot to scalable commercial offering. You will own product requirements, acceptance criteria and prioritised backlog, while guiding the AI-enabled SDLC.

Qualifications

Translate customer problems into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria
Own or contribute to product testing, QA, release validation or acceptance
Able to work with APIs, data flows and modern cloud applications
Experience with AI development tools or AI-assisted software delivery processes
Strong communication skills, especially with prospects and customers
Comfort working in an AI-enabled delivery lifecycle and owning release readiness

Responsibilities

Translate product direction into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and a backlog
Own day-to-day product delivery from definition through build, validation, testing and release
Act as product and quality owner within FlowForma's AI-led SDLC and ensure testing before release
Own acceptance testing, regression testing and release readiness
Define and execute AI-related test scenarios and evaluate prompts, agents and AI workflows
Shape and evaluate AI workflows and model behavior within the product experience
Make day-to-day product decisions and escalate architectural or technical issues
Maintain momentum with priorities, risks, defects and upcoming releases
Lead product discovery sessions and engage with prospects to understand problems
