Job summary

Mastercard Inc. in Ireland seeks a Lead Technical Product Manager to drive AI-powered product strategy and execution. You will own AI rules, platform capabilities, and a scalable product delivery chain while partnering with engineering, data science, business, risk, and operations teams.

The role demands strong PM expertise with technical depth in AI/ML systems, APIs, data services, and operational workflows. You will own roadmap, backlog, and performance measures to ensure measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

8+ years in Product Management or Product Owner roles.
Experience delivering AI, Machine Learning, Analytics, Data, API, or Platform products.
Experience working in Agile and SAFe delivery environments.
Demonstrated success driving cross-functional initiatives from concept to production.

Responsibilities

Define product vision and roadmap for AI-powered capabilities and operational services.
Own backlog prioritisation, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
Lead agile ceremonies and coordinate delivery with engineering teams.
Collaborate with architects on APIs, data flows, and platform capabilities.
Communicate roadmap priorities, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to leadership.
