Job summary

Cpl Healthcare is seeking a Team Lead – Solution Engineers to drive revenue growth for AI platform APIs and accelerate enterprise adoption. You will lead a team across SMB and Enterprise Qualification, ensuring structured execution, pipeline discipline, and quota attainment.

You’ll balance sales leadership with technical fluency, sponsoring complex API opportunities and guiding pricing, negotiation, and governance with a view to measurable business outcomes. The role is hybrid in Ireland.

Qualifications

• 5+ years total B2B technology sales experience.
• 3+ years in a people leadership role.
• 3+ years of SaaS closing experience in high-velocity environments.
• Proven track record of quota attainment.
• Strong CRM expertise (Salesforce preferred) and engagement tools.
• English proficiency at C1 minimum.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and performance-manage Solution Engineers across SMB, Enterprise Qualification, and Renewals segments.
• Own team-level quota, pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, and productivity metrics.
• Set clear daily, weekly, and monthly performance expectations for outreach and pipeline progression.
• Drive a structured inspection cadence: pipeline reviews, call coaching, QA scorecard reviews.
• Build onboarding and ramp programs aligned to experience requirements.
• Drive disciplined opportunity qualification using MEDDICC, BANT, or similar.
• Maintain Salesforce hygiene, forecast accuracy and clean pipeline management.
• Deliver against revenue targets and team quota attainment.
• Act as executive sponsor on complex enterprise API opportunities.
• Guide commercial structuring, pricing strategy, and negotiation.
• Partner with Solutions Engineering to align AI capabilities with outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with responsible AI and data governance.
