Job summary

Notion in Dublin is seeking an Outcomes Architect to help customers turn ambition into working systems inside Notion, owning workflow adoption, value delivery, and renewal outcomes for a named accounts book.

You’ll partner with Solutions Consultants on account strategy, expansion qualification, and customer success planning, while directly shaping outcomes that strengthen partnerships and drive predictable revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience driving customer adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion within a B2B software environment.
• Strong discovery instincts to understand business problems and map workflows.
• Ability to co-design, configure, and troubleshoot with customers in real time.
• Ability to partner with account owners on renewal risk and expansion potential.
• Experience managing customer success plans, timelines, risks, and commitments.

Responsibilities

• Drive workflow adoption and value realization for a book of named accounts, including expansion and renewal.
• Partner with Solutions Consultants on account strategy and renewal opportunities.
• Shape customer outcomes and contribute to predictable revenue through retention and expansion impact.
• Design and deploy workflows translating goals into durable systems in Notion.
• Learn Notion’s product and AI ecosystem to become an effective build-beside partner.
