Job summary

Arthur Cox LLP, a leading Ireland-based law firm, seeks an Innovation Consultant to drive technology-enabled transformation across the Legal Tech & Innovation Services Group. The role combines business process design, change management and AI to transform how legal services are delivered.

You will lead projects, champion product deployment (Legora, MS Copilot) and work closely with lawyers, knowledge and IT to maximise client value.

Qualifications

Track record of driving innovation and delivering technology-enabled transformation projects.
Experience in business process design and change management.
Strong emphasis on AI-enabled solutions and enterprise tooling.
Ability to lead projects and workstreams across teams.

Responsibilities

Lead assigned projects and workstreams with defined priorities, budgets, and governance.
Act as SME on Legora and Microsoft Copilot, guiding deployment across the firm.
Collaborate with lawyers, knowledge, risk & compliance, IT and leadership to ensure value delivery.
Plan, document requirements, develop business cases and drive implementation within scope.
