The Innovation & AI team plays a central role in this agenda. Part of the firm’s Legal Tech & Innovation Services Group, the team helps the firm identify, assess, implement and scale the technologies and working practices that will support the future delivery of legal services. It owns the AI and legal technology product portfolio across its full lifecycle — from horizon scanning and opportunity assessment, through pilots, business cases, implementation and adoption, to ongoing optimisation and retirement — and leads the AI Enablement pillar of the firm’s AI strategy, including the adoption and effective use of tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Legora and AI agents.
