Job summary

Clio, the global leader in legal AI, seeks a Software Developer to join our Dublin hub. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to build scalable web applications, mentor peers, and adapt quickly to new technologies in an Agile environment.

The role emphasizes distributed collaboration, in-office Anchor Day with Dublin staff at least twice a week, and a competitive Total Rewards package supporting growth and impact.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in software development, specifically with building web applications at scale.
Experience with Ruby on Rails is highly desirable.
Ability to rapidly master new technologies and work effectively in a dynamic, distributed team environment.
Demonstrated success in mentorship in software development, particularly using an Agile process and with large-scale SaaS products.
Database optimization experience and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Work with a team of developers to solve complex problems and provide elegant solutions for Clio customers.
Collaborate in an agile environment across multiple projects with full-stack developers.
Review and provide feedback on peer code, within your team or across Clio.
Work with distributed teams across three countries to deliver value.
