Job summary

Stripe is seeking an experienced Integration Engineer for its Professional Services team in Ireland. You will lead end-to-end integration projects, guiding users through complex API-driven solutions, archite cture decisions, and hands-on code work with Go, Java, or C/C++.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a Software Engineering / Integration Engineering role.
• Ability to write code in Go, Java, or C/C++ and debug user code snippets.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with API security topics and payments domain knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integration engineering end-to-end, from high-level architecture to code implementation.
• Explain Stripe concepts from product features and API architecture perspectives.
• Be the primary technical contact for largest users and partners, handling escalations.
• Apply AI across engagement lifecycle to reduce manual effort and accelerate delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architecture and Implementation teams to drive client engagement and revenue.
• Review and optimize existing integrations for performance and reliability.
• Develop and share knowledge, building reusable processes for the Professional Services team.
