Job summary

Fidelity International is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer in Dublin to accelerate software delivery using AI-enabled development practices. You will work with engineering leads and product owners to improve productivity, governance, and code quality, leveraging Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.

You will champion modern engineering practices, support architecture decisions and help establish AI governance within the software lifecycle, ensuring secure and maintainable solutions across Asset

Qualifications

• -Practical experience using AI development tools to build or prototype solutions.
• -Understanding of prompt engineering and AI-enabled software development workflows.
• -Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of AI-assisted software engineering practices across AMP.
• Design and develop modern software solutions for Fidelity's investment platforms.
• Promote CI/CD, DevSecOps, and governance for AI-generated code.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to align with target architecture.
• Deliver demonstrations, workshops and knowledge-sharing with senior investment professionals.
