Job summary

Kerry is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Commercial Digital Platforms team. You will work with business stakeholders, product owners, architects and engineers to translate requirements into actionable outcomes across the product lifecycle.

The role involves AI-enabled initiatives including Copilot and automation, with a hybrid model (3 days in Naas, 2 days remote). Responsibilities include gathering requirements, managing backlogs, creating user stories, supporting UAT, and driving

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
Experience gathering and documenting requirements in complex business environments.
Familiarity with AI-enabled delivery tools and digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyse and document business requirements through workshops, interviews and stakeholder engagement.
Partner with Product Owners to shape, refine and prioritise product backlogs aligned to business value and strategic objectives.
Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Facilitate feature shaping, requirements refinement and readiness reviews to ensure delivery teams have sufficient detail to commence development.
Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps and functional requirements.
Own requirements through the full lifecycle from discovery through implementation and release, ensuring traceability from business objective to delivered solution.
Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for simplification, automation and digital transformation.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage and business sign-off activities.
Operate across a portfolio of digital products, balancing competing priorities and stakeholder needs.
Assist with change management, stakeholder communications and solution adoption.
Collaborate with AI-enabled delivery teams to ensure business requirements are effectively translated into high-quality digital solutions.
Identify opportunities to leverage Copilot, Copilot Agents and automation technologies to improve business efficiency and user experience.
