Job summary

Wolters Kluwer N.V. is seeking a senior Product leader to shape AI-enabled product development across our global software portfolio.

You will partner with senior product, engineering, design and business leaders to scale the Agentic PDLC and deliver customer value at enterprise scale. Reporting to the Senior VP, Product Strategy & Transformation, the role embeds with business-unit teams, travels ~35%, and drives cross-functional transformation from discovery to measurement in a fast-moving,

Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on Product Management and/or Product Leadership experience in B2B software, SaaS or technology companies.
Ownership of strategy and outcomes for a substantial product, platform or portfolio.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional product, engineering and design teams to customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

Identify high-impact opportunities and connect product decisions to customer and business outcomes.
Define, pilot and scale Wolters Kluwer's Agentic PDLC and AI-enabled product development capabilities.
Lead lighthouse engagements across strategy, discovery, experimentation, delivery, launch and measurement.
Embed with cross-functional teams to diagnose barriers, build trust and translate insight into practical change.
