Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company seeks an Manager, AI-Augmented Platform Engineering to lead and deliver a MarTech, Customer & Commercial platform. You will own sprint execution, reliability, and value delivery while coaching a 6–10 person team and contributing hands-on when needed.

Focus areas include AI-native development, LLM integration, RAG, vector databases, cloud & DevOps, and platform security, with visibility into roadmap execution and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years software engineering experience with hands-on delivery of consumer-facing digital apps or MarTech components.
• Delivery ownership: ship high quality software on time in an agile/Product Operating Model.
• Team leadership: experience leading small engineering teams and coaching.
• AI-native engineering experience (preferred): LLM integration, RAG, vector DBs, AI security.
• Cloud & DevOps depth: public/private cloud (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering and delivery of a MarTech, Customer & Commercial platform or component, owning sprint execution, quality, reliability and on-time delivery.
• Manage and grow a focused engineering team of 6 to 10 engineers across in-house and vendor talent with coaching and direction.
• Stay hands-on: contribute to design, code review and troubleshooting, stepping in during crunch times.
• Drive AI-augmented engineering to lift velocity while maintaining code review discipline.
• Deliver high quality engineering for consumer experiences and platform features across Owned Platforms and related tools.
• Implement modern data patterns: vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Design for security and trust: guardrails for prompt injection, data poisoning and model hallucination.
• Own platform reliability and cost: apply SRE/SLO, CI/CD automation, observability and AI cost discipline.
• Translate roadmap into executable plans and report progress and risks to leadership.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Services and cross-functional teams to achieve shared outcomes.
• Coach the next generation of engineers and promote technical excellence.
