Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Ireland is seeking a hands-on Manager, AI-Augmented Platform Engineering to lead delivery of MarTech and Customer & Commercial platforms. You’ll mentor 6–10 engineers, contribute to design and code, and drive AI-native patterns, security, and SRE practices to ensure reliable, scalable software that delivers business value.

You’ll collaborate with Product Management and Data Services to translate roadmaps into executable plans, balancing speed with quality and fostering

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, CS or related field.
Experience delivering consumer-facing digital apps or enterprise MarTech components.
Hands-on engineering leader with delivery ownership in agile environments.
Experience with AI-native development and security practices.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering and delivery of a MarTech, Customer & Commercial platform or component.
Manage a 6–10 engineer team with coaching and technical direction.
Contribute to design, code review, and troubleshooting; stay hands-on during crunches.
Drive AI-augmented engineering, including agentic development and RAG patterns.
Ensure platform reliability with SRE/SLO, CI/CD, observability and cost discipline.
