Job summary

Coca-Cola in Dublin, Ireland seeks an experienced Manager, AI-Augmented Platform Engineering to lead a hands-on team delivering a MarTech, Customer & Commercial platform. You will drive sprint execution, ensure quality and reliability, and ship dependable software with AI-native practices.

You will stay close to code, coach a 6–10 engineer team (in-house and vendor), and promote AI-assisted development while maintaining strong security and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or related field.
• Experience leading or managing engineers with hands-on delivery.
• AI-native engineering familiarity with LLM integration and RAG patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering and delivery of a MarTech platform or component, owning sprint execution, quality, reliability and on-time delivery.
• Manage and grow a focused engineering team of 6 to 10 engineers across in-house and vendor talent.
• Stay hands on: contribute to design, code review and troubleshooting, and step in during crunch times.
• Drive AI-augmented engineering to lift velocity and quality with guardrails.
• Ensure platform reliability and cost using SRE/SLO, CI/CD, observability and token cost management.
