Qualifications
- Native or near-native proficiency in at least one European language
- Experience in localization engineering, Localization QA, language tech, globalization, content operations, or related field
- Experience with Localization Management Systems (TMS) and localization technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated ability to improve workflows and operational processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Drive AI-powered localization workflows and automation
- Leverage Generative AI, MT, LLMs to improve multilingual experiences
- Evaluate AI solutions and propose innovative localization approaches
- Design processes to reduce manual effort and accelerate delivery
- Develop automation solutions using scripting and integrations
- Govern language assets (terminology, translation memories, taxonomies)
