Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multi-threaded Success Plans across complex enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers to guide their AI Agent transformation.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and process mapping for customers.
• Monitor Fin usage patterns to identify risks and recommend optimizations.
