Job summary

Clearer is hiring for a Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end flow from PRD to production across Clearer, Boost, REVIEWS.io and an AI/ML team. You’ll design human-in-the-loop processes, remove bottlenecks, and ensure reliable delivery of software initiatives.

You’ll join Product Delivery, a compact team within Product, reporting to the VP Product. You’ll coordinate with PMs, EMs, QA, the Chief Architect and AI/ML teams to keep releases on track.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical project, programme or delivery management in a SaaS product and engineering team.
• Depth to read an architecture discussion and challenge estimates; understand CI/CD and APIs.
• Hands-on use of AI agents in work with at least one automation built.

Responsibilities

• Own one delivery plan for Clearer across multiple teams and dependencies.
• Spot and clear blockers, manage readiness gates, and resolve disputes with evidence.
• Measure flow and improve lead time, cycle time, wait times, and defects.
• Own the human-in-the-loop map and automation levels with auditable processes.
• Build delivery agents with Product Operations and ensure Jira hygiene and release notes.
• Connect PRD to stories, AI-generated tests, and release with minimal handoffs.
• Plan capacity, quarterly planning, and communicate options to VP Product.
