Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Significant experience in data analytics, BI, data science, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading analytics teams and complex programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with business, tech, and analytics stakeholders.
• Experience building and scaling analytics capabilities and operating models.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Proficiency with modern analytics platforms and cloud data tech including Snowflake, Azure, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and GitHub.

Responsibilities

• Define analytics strategy and lead a scalable analytics operating model for Provider Growth priorities.
• Lead growth analytics roadmap and prioritize investments aligned to business objectives.
• Partner with leaders to identify opportunities where analytics and AI can accelerate growth and decision-making.
• Develop analytics solutions for provider targeting, market prioritization, and client segmentation.
• Oversee AI/ML adoption, governance, and deployment of AI-enabled analytics products.
• Own delivery of strategic analytics products and drive adoption and scaling of self-service insights.
• Lead and develop a diverse analytics team and foster a high-performance culture.
• Present insights and recommendations to executives and collaborate with stakeholders across Growth, Product, Sales, and Technology.
