Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience with BI and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) and delivering dashboards.
• Strong SQL querying, transformation, and optimization skills.
• Understanding of data modeling, data quality, and feature engineering.

Responsibilities

• Partner with OH Risk Principal to deliver analytics for RAF, quality, and financial outcomes.
• Design data models to connect data across domains for targeting analytics.
• Support development and operationalization of agentic AI solutions and recommendation engines.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and actionable insights for business decisions.
• Collaborate with data scientists to ensure data accuracy for sales strategies.
