Job summary

You will design robust data products on Snowflake, drive data planning, and collaborate across business and analytics teams to lower costs and improve outcomes.

You’ll work with cloud data platforms, modern BI tools, and cross-functional teams to transform healthcare data into trusted assets that support intelligent decision-making and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data-related field and strong BI background.
• Experience with dashboards, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and data transformation.
• Understanding of data modeling, data quality, and feature engineering.
• Experience with Snowflake and cloud data platforms.
• Experience with data integration tools.
• Strong communication skills to present insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with OH Risk Principal to deliver analytics for RAF, quality performance, and financial outcomes.
• Design data models connecting data domains to support targeting analytics.
• Support development and operationalization of agentic AI solutions and recommendation engines.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and actionable insights for decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy and relevance; collaborate with data scientists and cross-functional teams.
• Transform complex datasets into usable formats for analysis.
• Perform exploratory and advanced analytics to uncover opportunities and predictive insights.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to evaluate model outputs and drive adoption.
