Access Healthcare in Dublin 2 is recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare roles. You will build relationships with clients and candidates, develop commercial skills, and work toward placements.

No recruitment experience is required as comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided to help you transition into recruitment and grow with the business.

• At least one year of full-time professional experience, preferably in sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Resilience and confidence handling challenging conversations.
• A commercially minded individual who enjoys working towards targets.
• Ambition, drive, and a willingness to learn.
• Availability to work fully on-site in Dublin 2, Monday to Friday.

You’ll manage the recruitment process from initial conversations through to successful placements, developing your commercial skills and learning how to turn opportunities into results.

No recruitment experience required. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you make the transition.
