Access Healthcare in Ireland is launching a hands-on Training Program designed for career transition into recruitment. The Leadership Academy develops internal talent with hands-on coaching from day one, even if you have no recruitment background.

You will source and place healthcare professionals, build client relationships, and help providers meet staffing needs. The program emphasizes merit-based progression and full transparency from day one, with clear milestones and support.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of full-time experience, ideally in sales or client-facing roles.
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to commute to Dublin 2, Monday to Friday.
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and driven to exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Finding great candidates: source and engage Healthcare professionals.
• Matching the right people: screen candidates and place them with providers.
• Building client relationships: become the go-to contact for providers and win new business.
• Managing every placement: keep candidates and clients informed and supported.
