Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an AI Builder Emerging Talent for the Finnish-speaking market, embedded with customer-facing teams to design, develop, and deploy AI agent solutions from day one.

You will work in a cross-functional pod to accelerate your technical depth while gaining hands-on experience, with dedicated mentorship and opportunities to collaborate with senior developers. Travel may be required up to 25–50% depending on client engagements.

Qualifications

• AI native who has deep experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Fluency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, OOP and Real-Time Infra.
• You can hold your own in a room with our sales teams and customers.
• You write high-quality code and evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor.
• You thrive in a collaborative environment and bring initiative.
• You are excited to travel 25–50% of the time to work with customers.
• Fluency required in Finnish.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI agents that take real actions for real companies.
• Design Agent Intelligence including prompts, reasoning, and tool calls.
• Support the full lifecycle: architect, build, debug and deploy scalable systems using JavaScript, Python, and Apex.
• Drive strategic impact by partnering with clients to translate challenges into agentic solutions.
• Iterate and ship: own your work from day one.
