Job summary

Bodyarmor in Dublin, Ireland, seeks an Software Engineering Manager to lead AI-enabled platform engineering. You will own sprint execution, guide a team of 6–10 engineers, and stay close to code while introducing AI-native practices that boost velocity and quality.

You will deliver consumer-facing web services and MarTech platform features within the Owned Platforms ecosystem, partnering with Product Management and Data teams to align with business priorities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in software engineering including 2+ years leading engineers.
• Delivery ownership in an agile / Product Operating Model.
• Experience with AI-native development and RAG patterns is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and delivery of MarTech platform components with sprint ownership.
• Hands-on design review, coding and troubleshooting support.
• Drive AI-augmented engineering practices and AI cost discipline.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Data Services and cross-functional teams.
