Job summary

Deutsche Bank is seeking an AI Adoption Manager in Dublin to join the Innovation team. The role focuses on turning AI concepts into scalable, production-ready solutions by collaborating with AI developers and business users across the bank.

You will drive architecture, apply LLMs and agentic AI, and ensure governance, security, and reliability while delivering value across functions in a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical or quantitative field, master's or PhD preferred.
• Experience applying AI/ML in business or academia.
• Production-grade AI/software in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in Python and another language; ML frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate design and deliver AI-enabled software products.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure and production-ready.
• Provide hands-on technical support and set engineering standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering and product.
• Shape AI architecture and best practices with the innovation team.
• Communicate technical results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
