EY is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer, Manager, to embed AI capabilities into client environments in Dublin. You will translate AI ambitions into enterprise-grade solutions, partnering with EY Partners and client teams to design, build, and deploy AI systems across regulated, large-scale settings.

You will lead hands-on engineering, deliver end-to-end production solutions, and supervise multi-disciplinary teams while continuously advancing AI practice and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years for Manager of AI/ML engineering role with strong fundamentals in algorithms and system design.
• Deep applied AI/ML mastery: NLP/transformers, generative models, reinforcement learning, classical ML.
• LLMOps/MLOps: CI/CD for ML, telemetry, governance, drift monitoring.

Responsabilités

• Turn client problems into concrete AI use cases and MVP scope.
• Build prototypes using LLMs, RAG pipelines, and embeddings.
• Design AI architectures with data ingestion, pipelines, and model selection.
