Job summary

ArraTipp is seeking a part-time Agri Retail Sales & Yard Assistant based at Tyone. You will support sales in-store and in the yard, manage stock, and assist with deliveries. Forklift use may be required for loading and movement of goods.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, product knowledge, and flexibility to cover both store and yard duties. English fluency is essential, with on-site work and physical loading tasks as part of daily operations.

Qualifications

• Have agricultural knowledge.
• Ideally have a track record of Agri/Retail experience.
• Be flexible to work in all areas of the Store and the Yard and cover both areas.
• Forklift licence desirable.
• High level of spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to shoppers in-store and by phone.
• Process sales transactions and use the POS system.
• Merchandise products in-store and in the yard.
• Receive deliveries and manage stock levels.
• Keep store and yard clean, tidy and presentable at all times.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods on site.
• Support other sites for cover when required.
