Job summary

ArraTipp is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to drive growth for ArraTipp and Dan O’Connor Feeds in Clare. You will win new business, retain customers, and promote animal feeds and farm inputs with professionalism.

Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, building relationships, meeting targets, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate records for Head Office. Fluent English and a full driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous sales / business development experience essential.
• Full clean driving licence essential.
• A qualification in an Agricultural/Business discipline or equivalent is a distinct advantage.
• Knowledge/experience of Agriculture.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-quality service in all customer interactions.
• Manage customer relationships to retain and grow existing business.
• Develop relationships with new and existing customers.
• Resolve customer queries or complaints effectively.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.
• Represent the company professionally and promote products.
• Sell animal feeds and farm inputs.
• Manage all aspects of the sales process from interaction to quotations and cash collection.
• Collaborate with internal departments as part of a sales team.
• Aim to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Ensure timely payment collection and accurate sales records.
