Job summary

Tirlán Branch Assistant – Yard Based is based at Clonroche Farmlife Store, Co. Wexford. The role reports to the Branch Manager and supports daily shop and yard operations while delivering top‑quality customer service.

Ideal candidates are customer‑focused with strong communication, IT skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. An agricultural interest and forklift/loader licence are desirable. This full‑time role offers development within a values‑driven cooperative.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in retail or agricultural sector.
• Strong communication and IT skills.
• Willingness to work in both shop and yard.

Responsibilities

• Provide top quality, fast, efficient and friendly service to customers at all times.
• Build trusting relationships with customers and offer helpful advice.
• Assist with branch operations in the shop and yard.
• Keep shop, yard and work environment clean and well maintained.
• Be able to work in both the shop and store yard as needed.
