Job summary

nineDots.io seeks an experienced Product Manager to bridge product strategy and engineering delivery in a rapidly expanding digital function in Dublin. You’ll own the technical product lifecycle from roadmap through to release, partnering with software engineers, architects and senior stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure digital platforms.

Working directly with the Chief Product Officer, you’ll translate vision into technically executable roadmaps while balancing business priorities with

Qualifications

• 6+ years delivering software products or digital platforms.
• 3+ years as Product Owner, Technical Product Manager or Senior Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and system architecture.
• Experience with APIs, cloud platforms and modern DevOps practices.
• Strong Agile experience across Scrum, Kanban or similar delivery frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Translate product strategy into clear technical roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Own backlog prioritisation, refinement and sprint planning.
• Write high-quality technical user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
• Work closely with engineering on APIs, data models and platform evolution.
• Making scope, priority and delivery trade-off decisions to maximise product value.
• Reviewing technical solutions to ensure scalability and architectural alignment.
• Leading product demonstrations, stakeholder reviews and release communications.
• Ensuring products meet security, regulatory, performance and reliability standards.
• Championing quality engineering, automated testing and continuous improvement
