Job summary

Accenture is hiring an AI Engineer (Agentic/Applied) to design, build, and deploy production-grade agentic AI systems across the enterprise stack. You will work with client teams, lead design sessions, and develop reusable patterns and accelerators that scale beyond engagements.

You will own LLMOps, eval strategies, and governance, while shaping patterns for measurable business impact. This role demands hands-on production experience and leadership in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production environments.
• Extensive software engineering experience in production environments.
• Strong Python; Java or equivalent backend language; production debugging and observability experience.
• Experience with agentic orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen) at production depth.
• Direct experience calling LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI) in production code.

Responsibilities

• Architect and govern production-grade agentic systems at enterprise scale.
• Define RAG pipeline standards and ensure quality benchmarks.
• Set multi-LLM integration standards across providers.
• Own LLMOps at programme scale including eval strategy and observability.
• Lead client engineering engagements and drive architecture decisions.
