Clarity Locums is recruiting agency RGNs to join the Community Nursing Team within the HSE across County Cavan. The role is based in Cavan Primary Care Centre with care delivered in clinics and patients' homes. Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with no weekends and negotiable for the right candidate.

The position offers nurse-led autonomy, contract of employment, and exposure to diverse community care settings. Onsite training will be provided and full driving licence is preferred.

Qualificações

• Community nursing experience required.
• NMBI registration in good standing (Decision Letters not accepted).
• Minimum 1 year post-registration acute experience.
• Community experience desirable but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Wound care management (clinic and domiciliary).
• Diabetes management.
• Incontinence assessment and management.
• Post-discharge and GP referral assessments.

Role Overview

• Community nursing role experience is required
• Based in Cavan Primary Care Centre with care delivered both in clinic and in patients’ homes
• Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm- No weekends - No late nights
• Working week negotiable for the right candidate
• Nurse-led service offering strong clinical autonomy
