Daffodil Care Services is recruiting Support Workers for Aftercare services in Santry & Baldoyle, Co. Dublin. You will support vulnerable young adults aged 18–23, guiding them towards independence within a safe, trauma-informed setting.

Roles include planning and evaluating placement plans, working as part of a team and as a lone worker, with shifts across evenings, weekends and overnights. Attractive salary package and comprehensive benefits offered.

Competenze

• QQI certificate qualifications in health-related fields with relevant experience.
• Examples include QQI Level 5/6 Social Care, Health and Social Care, Youth & Community.

• Support and empower vulnerable young adults to identify goals and person-centered targets.
