Job summary

Sherpa Kids Ireland is seeking an energetic team member to support our before/after school and holiday club programmes. The role is on-site at partner schools in Ireland, with hours 8:20–9:20 and 14:00–18:00, Monday to Friday.

You will supervise activities, assist with homework, and help run a variety of indoor and outdoor games. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience with school-aged children, basic knowledge of child development, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Experience working with school-aged children (minimum 1 year).
• Garda vetting is essential (completed after interview).
• Work permit/VISA essential.
• At least 2 written references before starting.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Supervise children during activities and free play.
• Assist with homework and educational tasks.
• Engage in planned indoor and outdoor activities with the children.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive environment.
